The Villa offers recently-restructured independent Apartments with a garden and all comforts, of various sizes (from 50 to 90 qm) for 2-6 people.
Together with the features of the mansion frpom Forio’s port (100 meters) there is every day trip for Capri, Naples, Amalfi, Sorrento, Pompeii, Positano, Vesuvio

 

Villa is in Forio d'Ischia where there are a lot of evocative areas of naturalistic interest; it is the only town which has preserved its entire historical centre with its tiny streets, churches, sighting towers and monuments.

 

The charming village of Forio Of Ischia with its many restaurants where it’s possible taste some tipycal food, bar, pubs, delicatessen shops, is only five minutes at walk from Villa

 

Villa are near the most beautifully seaside of Island and the most important Thermal garden (Poseidon and Negombo).

 

The main Beaches of Ischia (Citara, San Francesco, Cava dell'Isola , Chiaia) are at walking distance from the Villa , but you can also walk there or take Bus or minibus.

 

The nearness to the bus station allows also to reach the most far places of the town, like garden of Villa Gancia; 'Villa Mortella garden's Lady Walton (1st in the competition anniversary ' The beautifulr Park of Italy 2004 ') ; Poseidon Thermal Garden ( a park with more 20 swimmingpool in a bay of Citara) and la Colombaia ( museum of Luchino Visconti Director of 'il Gattopardo); the Soccorso'church; Torrione'big tower, San Vito'church.

Chiaia Beaches, ideal for families with children: 350 meters;
Cava dell'Isola Beach, for young people: 900 meters;
Citara Beach, where is Poseidon Thermal Garden: 1 km;
San Francesco Beach, paradise under Tip: 1,5 km;
Bay of Saint Montano, a splendid bay where is the wonderful thermal park of the Negombo.

 

EXCURSIONS
From the Forio’s Port (100 m) hydrofoils for Naples, and excursions every day for:
Capri, Ponza, Ventotene, Sorrento and Positano,Amalfi, Pompei, Vesuvio.

 

Citara beach – Forio.This beach is at the foot of Epomeo, and is one of the most popular of the island. The crystal-clear water mixes at several points with the thermal water spas, allowing you to bathe in the sea and have the benefit of thermal water at the same time.

 

Baia di San Montano – Lacco Ameno.This unusual beach, closed in between Mount Vico and Mount Zaro, has unique characteristics compared to the island’s other beaches. The clear sea water is very hot and the water is extremely shallow.

 

Sant’Angelo
Today the old fishermen village Sant’Angelo is an international tourist resort.
No cars are allowed to drive in Sant’Angelo and compared to the other villages of Ischia’s, it’s still a peaceful oasis. In Sant’Angelo you can enjoy a marvelous panorama view over the brightly colored houses joined to the small hill on the harbour.
Exclusive boutiques, fine jeweler’s shops, ateliers, handcrafted goods, especially the local pottery, allow the visitors a special shopping experience.

 

Thermal Gardens
The thermal parks and gardens represent the most loved tourist attractions of the island: they consist of a series of swimming pools, containing sea water as well as thermal water, facilities for bathing and for beauty treatments, tropical plants, and refreshment points. They are usually located near the sea and the main beaches, from where it is possible to enjoy a spectacular view of the coast. From the Villa its only a short walk to the most beautiful Thermal Park .

 

EVENTS:
In spring, summer and autumn, the villages on Ischia organize several events: most of them are linked to religious festivals, that are an important part of the island’s tradition and cultural identity.
