Sinse 1994 we have been involved in renting vacation homes and villas in Italy, France and Spain. It is our practice to get to know each house thoroughly before showing it to our clients.
All these houses , agriturismo and villas that we found we now propose to you. We want to find the house you want, according to the location you desire, according to your needs, the number of people and the kind of group involved (couples, families, etc.), the number of children, the kind of vacation planned - rest, touring the area, and the possibility of combining these; budget is also an important consideration in choosing one’s home.
We believe that in order to rent a vacation home it is not enough to see pictures on a Web site. On the basis of our personal acquaintance with the houses and their surroundings, and in accordance with the information that we shall receive from you on the form that appears below, we shall be able to propose houses to you that correspond to your dreams. On the following pages you will find photographs of a number of houses in each of the countries mentioned; these pictures are presented in order to give you an idea of the atmosphere and to help you select the type of house you want; they constitute just a small part of the range of homes that we have available.

In the course of the ten years of our activity in the field of vacation home rentals, we have made it a point to visit and familiarize ourselves with all the houses, to know how each house is built, its exact location and how it can be reached, to examine the bedrooms and bathrooms, so as to avoid unpleasant surprises upon arrival.
Our intention is to ensure that the person who comes to spend his vacation will be able to enjoy the fantasy of belonging to the place and to the people of the area, the local café, the local grocery store and the vegetable vendor, and to get away from the routine of daily life.

Moreover, if you have a special or different idea or request, we shall be happy to help you fulfill your dream, and if you wish to purchase a house in Italy, we shall be happy to place our vast experience in this field at your disposal, both regarding the purchase and the renovation of the house.
In each of these places we have selected houses, farmhouses ( “agritourism”), rooms of the BED & BREAKFAST type, or “Auberge” ( inn ), all according to request, and in order to offer the possibility of getting a taste of the local atmosphere during the stay.
