General Information
Tailor-made for your comfort and tranquillity, only 5 self catering apartments individually decorated and furnished tastefully, in an eight hectare farm that produces its own wine and cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil using the natural methods and enthusiasm of yesteryear.
4 people apartments of about 70 sq. m., on two levels (Il Glicine, La Margherita, Il Girasole). Ground floor: kitchen, lounge and toilet. Upper floor: double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower.
2 people apartments of about 32 sq. m. (Il Papavero, Le Spighe). Double bedroom with veranda or terrace offering a breathtaking view of Todi, lounge-cum-kitchen and bathroom with shower.
Every apartment is furnished with carefully chosen material:all the wood components were made to measure by a craftsman-artist and have been treated exclusively with environmental-friendly products.
Individual facilities:TV, telephone, garden furniture.
Communal facilities: communal lounge for reading, watching TV or just relaxing. Laundry room with washing machine, two sinks for hand washing, clothes horse, ironing table and iron. Barbecue, ping- pong, mountain bikes.
You can decide from day to day whether to take a dip in the swimming pool or rest in the shade of the olive grove, to take a walk in the woods to gather mushrooms or to stroll up and down the alleyways of Todi in search of curiosities to buy.
The warmth of the hand-made bricks, the old-world charm of the roof tiles, the chiaroscuro effect of the inlaid wood are evocative of long gone eras when man followed nature’s rhythms trustingly.
